This session will explore strategies to develop effective and inclusive transfer pathways for computer science students in Ohio, with insights from the Ohio Pathways to Undergraduate Computing Success (OPUCS) project. We will discuss how to enhance student engagement, support diverse populations, and create seamless transitions from community colleges to four-year institutions. A key focus will be on utilizing ACM-W student chapters to foster a sense of belonging and community among students.
